Launch Chatlayer from OKTA

When SSO is configured through OKTA, currently it's not possible to launch the 'Chatlayer app' from OKTA. This results in an 'invalid request'. It would be easier for users to directly launch Chatlayer from OKTA, instead of typing in the chatlayer url, as this is where all company apps can be found.
