Automated switching to a backup fallback channel
Mechanism in the chatbot to detect fallback channel connection failures and automate switching to a backup fallback channel.
Use case: Contact Pro on Prem webchat in a disaster recovery scenario when DR is active we need to change the fallback channel URL to point to DR customer chat frontend URL.
We have multiple customer chat frontend URL in different regions. Doing it manually will be a pain.
