Multiple User Messages - proposed solution

Lots of user like to type questions in multiple messages. Users are used to type this way. 

We currently say we need to "educate the user" and tell them that they need to type everything in 1 message. 

But what a real person does, when you see the other person is still typing is to wait until they are finished. After all messages are done you answer.

Could this be a possibility for the bot as well? If user is still typing wait. Then all messages could be merged together or analysed separately for intent detection.
