Train tab needs a "park" function.

The Train tab currently has 3 possibilities: 

1) Add expression

2) Add expression to other intent

3) Delete

Actually there is a 4th action you could take, the ability to "park" the expression. Many projects want to keep track of most asked questions that the bot can't answer yet. By storing them we can easily work on new releases for projects and keep adding intents to make the bot bigger and better.

  Or even go further and group different expressions into subjects to easily create a new intent each group could be assigned to.
