Feature request: enable clickable links in Chat text send by API

Hello,

we have a feature request for clickable links in chat text send through the API as described in "https://api.chatlayer.ai/v1/docs/#operation/executeConversationAction".

In Chatlayer Dialogs you can add clickable links in the "Rich Text" dialog messages. The Chat user can then click on the link configured in the Rich Text dialog.

When using the Offloading Handover and Livechat with a real person, we want to send URL's to the Chatlayer Webwidget Chat (wrapped in other text) that should be clickable for the Chat user. These (Text)Messages are send through the API. Maybe an option to sent the Rich Text messages using the API where the URL's are recognized as clickable at the Chatlayer side. So without modifying the text message typed by the live person.
