Changing bot image/avatar through API

We would like to change the bot image/avatar when the offloading has been triggered.

Changing the image/avatar should be possible (for instance) using the API operation "executeConversationAction".

When the offloading end, it should return to its original state.

Or make it possible to configure a second bot image/avatar on the webwidget for when offloading is active.
