Feature request: search in responses of all dialogs

In the table view for dialogs it would be very nice to search in responses to make changes at scale. (e.g. changing an obsolete term)

  Hi Yanick,

  You can search in all the content in the "Translations" table. No way to "find and replace all" but this should at least help identify where the obsolete term is used and change them all within one interface OR jump to the relevant bot dialog.

  Nice, this already helps. Also great to see it work in buttons and such.
