Feature request: direct button in the app to support

It is sometimes hard to find support.

Please add a direct button in app.chatlayer.ai to support.chatlayer.ai, with the notification to create a separate support account.

  Thank you for your suggestion Yanick. We have implemented this button a while ago - clicking on the profile icon (in the right upper corner) shows a dropdown menu including a 'Support' button!
