Combined match entities

It would be nice of there was a way to group match entities for routing purposes.

E.g. We want to recognize a reference number that can have a variety of structures (each one captured with a different pattern matched entity), but they all refer to the same thing. To avoid having to enter each pattern matched entity in the Go To routing, it would be nice if we could group them somewhere and do routing based on the grouping.

  Hi Laurens,

  One option could be to add an "OR" style operator to your Pattern Match entities to combine multiple Pattern Match entities. More info here: https://www.regular-expressions.info/alternation.html (not a Chatlayer website).
