Option to delete chatbot history for a user

HI,
When users first log in to our application, the language they chose for their account is used as chatbot language. However, sometimes, they want to change the language of the chatbot. This is impossible. Because once the language of the bot is set, it can not be changed. This is a big problem for us since we need to ask the chatlayer support to delete all the history data for a certain user.

  Hi Bo,

  An alternative would be to introduce a "change language" intent. When a user says an expression like "I want to speak to the bot in another language", the bot will show the language options to the bot. When the user selects the language they want, the bot will continue in that language.
