Support of conditions for bot messages

Hi,

it would be great to be able to define conditions for bot messages, too.

In this way goto dialogues could be used to define a rough route of dialogues and a fine grained difference of messages (e.g. oh, YOU need a new pass vs. oh, YOUR CHILD needs a new pass) could be defined in the bot message itself.
