Support restricted entities

Add a new entity type which could be called Restricted Entity.

A restricted entity is useful if you have a strict list of words to detect and don't want that the framework automatically detects new values for this entity.

  Thank you for your suggestion Peter! We have introduced new types of entities in December last year. Looking at your request, it looks like Match entities do what you are looking for: recognizing words from a strict predefined list. Could you let me know if Match entities work out for you?
