Hi!

I saw this in another platform and still find the idea interesting for chatlayer.

It would be nice to provide a way to display the top X intents as quicklinks (in the introduction dialog for instance).

This would need some little adjustements like adding a reference expression for each intent. But imagine you can check the "Hot topics" property in your dialog and add the desired number of topics, and when the dialog is fired it automatically displays the most called intents (of the last 3 weeks) as quicklinks and the user can directly click and get the answer.

And let's think one idea further, check another option called "by hour" and you get the hot topics based on the moment of the day. When you log in at 11 o'clock you'll see the menu at the cantine as hottest topic, and at 16 the trafic info.

Maybe the "by hour" is a bit too much, but a "hot topics" should be possible with all the statistics you have.
