Improve translation view

Hi,

When using the translation tab, the content elements are not sorted in the order they appear inside their original dialog state.

You can sort on dialog state name; but if you have different elements inside that DS (eg. text, text, text+buttons), they appear in a random order - usually not the same as they would appear in conversation.

This makes it more difficult to translate fluidly & accurately.

Would be better if the default sort order was the same as the actual order of the elements inside the DS.
