Enable marksdown syntax for text messages

When creating text messages, you should be able to opt to use markdown to format text as bold, italics, or as a hyperlink.

It's a very simple way to draw attention to a specific part of the message.

  Hi Peter,
  I have enabled the feature for your account. We're still writing documentation for it, but you should be able to see it already in the list of bot message types (as "Rich Text").

  Hi Joachim,

  this is a really cool feature and very well designed!

  If it were also possible to change the color of the text, it would be perfect.

  Default settings for headings and paragraph by css. For selected parts of the text the default color can be overwritten directly in the editor.

  Use Case: Adaptation of the look & feel of the message to the content of a company's website.
